I saw an ad on TV the other day for Energy Australia saying that if you join them as a new customer, are the gas or electricity? No, gas. I'm an Energy Australia gas company and I rang them up and said, I want the 25% if you don't mind. It took true grit because it took me an hour on the phone waiting.
