How to Tell a Patient What They Know

I think you want to be very careful not to make them feel like you're quizzing them which may seem silly but I think it's really easy again when you're feeling like you don't know anything about what's going on that any kind of question like that. When you ask people you know who are if you say to people are you family right you're trying to figure out who somebody is in the room and sometimes they canfeel like you're challenging their right to be there so I never ask are you family I say you know we love to have everybody here who can support our patients friends family neighbors pastorsYou know anybody how do you know so-and-so right yep?
