What Is the Goal of the Interview?

The goal of the interview is to learn whether this is a person that i would like to work with. You do have to really show your work and show how you are actually getting to that answer. Just showing the perfect answer is not usually going to be enough. But generally speaking, you want to be careful of the mistake that i see people make when they think their interviewer will fail them.
