The Omniscience of God

The first thing that David did is he recognized that God, number one, is the ultimate king. And from God's throne, David says that God could see everything. There wasn't anything happening on earth that he did not witness with his own eyes. This is the omniscience of God. As he saw everything, he tested everything, every work of the children of man, God tested from his throne. In the Bible, God's throne is a symbol of his universal rule and authority, his sovereignty.
