Is Satcha Nadella Changing Microsoft?

When Satcha Nadella and Marissa Mayer came up to be the respective CEOs of Microsoft and Yahoo, it was right in the middle of the whole diversity and women in tech. It was perfect timing for them. Now I'm starting to see that kind of fall away a little bit. But I would even challenge, if Steve Ballmer got hired instead of Marissa Mayer as CEO of Yahoo, would he have been given five years to screw up and throw a $2 million, what was it, $7 million?
