Shelter and Place Orders on Cove Cases and Deaths

Antony: I think this is the first of defence for various governments, which is shelter in place. We also have some data on mobility, how much people are actually moving around, as measured by other ther g p s data from their cell phones. And we also look at unemployment. It looks like there is very little, essentially no detectable effect of shelterand place orders on cove cases and deaths. There is a small effect on mobility that dissipates pretty quickly. But once these orders have been in place for a couple of weeks, it looks like unemployment really does suffer in these places.
