Karen, what's the fear for you if you're hesitant to engage in interpersonal conflict? The fear for me, probably those conversations tend to get somewhat emotional. I see leaders who are like 80% sure the right thing to do is take on an issue. And they will just plumb the depths of that 20% looking for any reason to say, "Well, maybe we shouldn't do this"
