Boris Johnson's Instinct Is to Twist Not Stick
She was very active during the diplomacy phase before the conflict started. But then, i felt, as a journal she sau she disappeared,. And can of borris johnson just took over the whole show. It became right at the top of the prime minister's agender. I would say given almost any decision, her instinct is to twist, not stick. She'll lean in that direction if there is a high risk option against a very cautious option. Best we can hope for is it will grind to a holt.
