How Do You Know if Your Words Didn't Fit?
So many good questions and comments. We could spend all night long going through them, but we won't. If you're practising just because this is a good time for you to practise this, like before bed, or something like that. Makes a perfect, perfect sense. I found it helpful connecting with the sensations in my body as i was saying the words. You prob some of you may have found that when you offered yourself the words, they didn't quite land right. That's how we know. It really does feel like work because its self, compassion is so countercultural, em but just so beautiful to be thanks.
