The Pain of Freelancing

I think that's such a cool example and you're reminding me of something that we've seen. I saw back when I was working at a company called top tell to so for people who haven't heard of it top tell is like a talent network where you could go and hire software developers or designers that kind of thing. And what we found was that a lot of people were actually using freelancing as a stepping stone to something else in their career. So mentally embracing that ebb and flow of freelancing versus work or personal brand versus company building can help make the whole journey more sustainable.
