The first thing i care about is the attitude person. Aptitude is obviously important, but very difficult to test. So it is by far the number one thing youno. The people thattht i have here, without fail, all have great attitudes. They are all team play s. But most importantly, they can proactially see what needs to be done next. That means that i you need a low management overhead and a low process overhead in your company.
