Tommy: I've gone through a couple major transitions in my career as a data person with companies who've been moving from major operational systems. And it has never seemed to go very well. It's just been always extremely hard because the business decides this is our process. We will not change our process. Tommy any thoughts on on from your side around that? Well, I think a lot of time. Yeah. But when you start when that when that custom built tool and when these tools don't work exactly as expected, that's when things start really starting to ramp up.
