i love the moment that i y realized that i was not the only one that felt this way, i felt so much better. I also think it's probably helpful to talk to somebody about it, a therapist and figure out maybe what triggers you might of. Is it mirrors, or seeing ads of people? And and just making sure to not surround yourself with those triggers,. especially when you're going through a process of feeling good about yourself.
