The Importance of Ultrasound for Non-Pyrulent Cellulitis
In residency, we had someone that came in and eat out of blood culture. Four days later came back and we admitted them overnight to be watched. I would love to think about whether things we do for no reason is ultrasound these. There's bad side effects with overtreatment, including covering for MRSA early on.
