Haraco Clustering Is a Great Choice for Genetics

In biology, a heraco clustering is quite useful because of reason. What we wanted to do was figure out if we can trade off utility based on some distance critea with fairness. And so what you have this hierarical clustering algoritm, which does agglomerative merges between clusters to eventually give you this output. The technique of nifining these kind of micro clusters that are fair, and then sort of grouping them together using the vanilla clustering approach is quite fascinating.
