Tomagui is a library that lets you share code between web and mobile. Nate Birdman, the founder of tomagoi says he designed it for people who want to ship more code quicker. The starter kit gets you set up with a nice setup so if you're okay with next and Expo it's kind of pretty set up. If you're just really prototyping stuff out don't use it I would say maybe in the very small case but there is some complexity cost.
