Train Above the Game

At saint lawrence college, we never played a training game longer than probably three or four minutes. So the playes became really good at scoring goals and defending gorls within a one minute, two minute, three minute, four minute block. Atchley played on a bigger pitch with less numbers, so you have to train above the game an intense to get your physical output. A principle i would always have is, does training to look and feel like the game? And if you can stay close to thosepint s, you defincret better connection between training on a wednesday night to the game on a s Saturday morning.
