What Are Your Thoughts About Managing a Team of Five?

Once you have got into the level of art director, you're then tasked with being in charge of and managing a whole bunch of other artists as well. I'm curious about what that process looks like? You talked about now kind of having a bigger team of five folks to be able to to work in and manage in that way. It's actually a constant question in my mind as i go forward with practising both managing and management skills, a leadership skills, alongside actual production arent skills. And thank goodness, the people i work with are incredible.
