The DoJ and the DOJ - JetBlue vs American and the Northeast

This is the second time, the second lawsuit against JetBlue by the Biden Justice Department. Jen: I think this is a really aggressive Justice Department that there already was concern about consolidation and the concentration in the airline industry before this merger was even announced. And I think that they're going to make it difficult on any other airlines that want to merge in the future as well. Jennifer: The airline industry is the poster child for those people that think that there's been lax enforcement.
