In my role, that has scaled to probably 30% day-to-day research and 70% more practice growth. So just really being transparent about what your core role has become. And then within that, you also look at the type of work that you take on. At this level, you'd be working a lot more probably with strategic studies. You're looking at studies that are more longitudinal that have a bit more flexibility.
