Are There Types of Food to Eat or Not to Eat Post Fast?

There's a lot of interest in this, interest in this concept amongst endurance athletes now. We've done some studies in animals that suggest that endurance is better if you're if you do your training in a in fasted state. So i think the kind of e short answer is, we don't know a hundred % sure inhumans. But again, if we go back to the evolutionary perspective, our ancestors in the wild had to be able to expend a lot of energy physical exertion in a food deprived state.
