Do You Think That if We Don't Invade Cuba, Cause We're Not?
There's a lot of zero sum interaction in the rearan an internationa lation sea lines of communication are one, right? So either we control china's sea lands, they control them, or they're contested. There's no cooperative way to distribute military command of the so called commons. And that's why we don't feel a need to attack cuba. If if the chinese or russians were co operating in military ways with the communist government of cuba, it would send the united states. We don't feel threatened by any of the various powers that, in principle, could try to use cuba to attack.
