China's Security Agreement Is Akin to the Warsaw Pact
Ten out of there are 14 island nations in the pacific. Ten of them have been in discussions with the chinese government to over a security agreement that includes, uh, tellico infrastructure as well as police forces. China would basically be able to turn these countries into direct s, you know, satellite states. The us should absolutely be working with those countries very closely to prevent these countries from signing off to this agreement. And so i was very, very pleased to see that the, uh, that ultimately the agreement failed and is not ratified by these countries for now.
