When people are empowered to answer their own questions and to work faster, not only are they more productive, they just they like their job better. They're more passionate about being able to get their job done. I remember some of the most compelling stories weren't when people said, hey, i was able to actually see this story or t build this dashboard that helped me be more productive at work. And what this impowerment of data allowed me to get my life back and to spend more time with my family. That was very spiring.
