Sophia: We did this as an open, unfacilitated brain dump. So everybody got green sticky notes and a sharpie marker. And we gave everybody like 15 or 20 minutes to put as many CTA's down as possible. Sophia: This worked well, but not as great as all the other steps. Um, I think that we might want to do something a little bit more Lucy Guicy where we have the roles instead of getting down to detailed.
