I think we have scope to make a difference out there, but I still struggle to see the policy to do that in a coordinated manner. When you sit back here at a think tank and you go, gosh, what would you develop? You can imagine things like a climate and energy club, which would require certain buy-in on emissions reductions, but it would bring benefits. And honestly, if I look at this, I also see an opportunity for the US industry because the carbonintensity of American steel and aluminum is much lower than the carbon intensity of the Chinese steel and aluminum.
