The Importance of Personal Interaction in AI
I absolutely believe that building knowledge and leveraging knowledge is a critical element of every organization. But in general, yes, if you have a set of data that you have collected over time, that is an asset that can be leveraged now in new ways. And what we're finding is that at least in a lot of cases, the machines can do a better job than we can because many cases, the complexity of what we're dealing with pretty much comes to the limit or maybe even exceeds the limits of what people can do.
