Is There a Single Community That Owns the Property?
You basically wind up renting property from the collective, as opposed to just just owning it straight out. So you could imagine a system like this beginning with, let's say, a private or local community that grants access to participate in this system only to people within that community. And maybe not even separate, separable ones, but ones that overlap with each other. But exactly what the shares are and at what different levels of aggregation? You buy things? You buy out a whole town, or do you just buy out individual pieces of property within the town.
