Joseph Anthony: I'm starting to experience fall here in central Virginia and it is spectacular. We're going to be talking about the three ages of the spiritual life or three Ages of the interior life, which is a book by Reginald Gary Goulogurange. Bonaventure: Why is it important to kind of look at it as a little bit of a gradation or that it's it has this different kind of phases in it? Joseph Anthony: It's like this continuous development process; you have growth like it jumps to like distinct stages.
