The Phased-in Tax Cuts for Free Agents

It's basically it curbs spending outside of your own players. You can't take back a player making 40 so like the James Harden trade to Brooklyn in 2021 likely doesn't happen in that manner right. It would hurt Milwaukee Joe Ingalls would not be in a Milwaukee uniform here. I think there is an overreaction to it because this is all going to be phased in and  the clamps come down on the second apron as soon as July 1.
