The US Department of Transportation has launched an online chart to show which airlines guarantee fee-free seating next to their young children. Of the 10 airlines they've featured on the tour, there are only three that will guarantee adjacencies for young children at no additional cost. Some airlines charge as much as $100 for an aisle seat.
