Before trial number one, I don't think he said there was a conspiracy. Shortly after we put him on the defense witness list, the government carved him out of his company's amnesty agreement. The antitrust world, the first company that comes in the door and tells them about a conspiracy gets a free pass. Here the company had over 100,000 employees. And that was this individual who was carved out immediately after we named him as a defense witness.
