Identifying a Customer on a Website
The hardest part is getting a customer to actually create an account. We could serve you a much better recommendations and you told us nothing about who you are your age or location, whatever,. You're still getting value from that because you're seeing things that you're more interested in. And so I think that's what should be part of the approach I mean creative but also thinking about the ultimate purpose for that customer at that point.
