The Importance of Socialization in Securities Markets
There are some countries where you could say the rule of law is actually so weak in Some of the securities markets, but effectively you don't see people running the lock and doing everything that would be considered unethical. You can actually do these really damaging things that ultimately harm investors employees and ultimately oneself But not get that sense enough feeling of actually doing anything harmful at the time. It's very easy for us to judge because we're not in the situation as these people who have been convicted of financial crimes.
