How to Trade Stocks for Profit
If you only want to risk 5% in your trading options, you're going to have a really hard time because they're leveraged. You have to give it a little bit more room to work. For every share that you purchase of Tesla or any stock, you will make or lose $1 if the stock moves up or down or dollar. This is our delta and this is how it works with options too but it makes a lot of sense when you're just buying shares.
