Why Did You Fall Foul of Putan?

CNN's John Defterios talks about how he fell foul of the authorities in Russia. He says they accused him of stealing a huge tax rebate, but it was actually corrupt officials who had done it. They also said you were responsible for the massacre that took place there last year. And so on and so on until we finally got them to back off - which is very similar to what russians are doing these days.
