For this week's brain fact friday, i'm taking this aha moment from chantalprat the neural science of you to help us to understand ourselves on a deeper level. Chantal pratt tells us that we can soak our brain in cortusal by increasing our stress levels. And with time, these pathways strengthen, making whatever we're learning simpler and easier to perform. When we do something over and over again, eventually, we'll change our brain in the process. This is getting closer to the change i'm hoping we all attain.
