i've actually not been doing my meditations much like the 25 minutes o joe to spends a morning meditation that's been so helpful. I think tapping any time yu start to feel resistance is so powerful. Like i've already done a litte bit of tapping around my cold, and i swear that's why the cold is not as bad as it could have been. Because i just did a few rounds of tapping last night on some ofike, the feelings i was feeling. And i i feel eventhouh im not a hundred % to day i feel weighed better than i did yesterday.
