Is There a Uniqueness in Special Situations?

In India, we have three funds, right? ICICI, India opportunities and access special situation and the India Bill laws special opportunities funds. Strictly to follow that investment objective of special situations is only in theory because those companies that follow these special situations are also the same mid-cap logic gap. Therefore, though we can still say that special situation as an opportunity is plausible, but I don't think it is a standalone category.
