The Values of Planet Scale
A lot of the principles in that book really resonated with me and I read it you know only recently we've been running plants the other way we run it for a while. We have one value at planet scale every day matters we're gonna add more but I don't believe in just like company values rolled out where it's like 10 things no one could ever write empathy coolYeah empathy is great you should definitely have empathy but no company is going to disagree that you shouldn't have empathy so why is it a product value? So there's an opportunity there anytime I'm using a desktop app that takes more than three seconds to load there's an opportunities there, he says.
