If i'm not interested in maintaining that intera structure myself, and i'm really not any more. Unless i have some sort of regulatory or compliance then i would rather use something that somebody else can operationalize and take care of. But aya, i ween always build verses by is a trade off. It depends for every company, but i think there's a lot of good options out there to buy and get yourself set up.
