Do We Really Know if It's Working?

Underneath the surface, it's not directly related to burn out so much as a new way of working. Managers can be doing this in a very light way, ask everyone how they're feeling,. Ask them what they need, try to implement some of those things that they need and then ask them if it's improving their well being. And until we make data base decisions, i don't think that anyone can really say we've solved the problem.
