Garfield was offered the role after someone else got sick. He refused to learn lines and said, I'm just going to riff. Normally it is a comedy program where I'm the host Scott Ockerman. We have celebrities usually on, although a lot of times we did not this year. But celebrities due to health restrictions were not appearing on the show all that much until the back half of the year.
