A first time project can lead to a process or the beginning of a process, right? And then I think what happens and correct me if I'm wrong, is that processes start to live within projects. It's more work to actually execute and scale the business and run the process over and over again than it is to build the project. But yeah, it is kind of interesting how people don't pay enough attention to processes, especially smaller businesses or smaller teams that haven't figured it out.
