Ironic Punctuation in Writing

i was thinking that it might be worth doing an episode on the idea of ironic punctuation. People sometimes fail to detect irony and sarcasm in written media. If you have a character third person, and their being sarcastic, you're supposed to say a he said sarcastically. And then the reater will know that this character is being sarcastic or she said ironically. That's just good writing. I'm being sarcastic?
