The Importance of Reverence in the Protestant Church

I love the KJV. But there are times where I read it and I find myself being like, yeah, yeah, okay, but what does it actually say? I can't live my life. I just need one that the RSP is beautiful. It's funny with the going way back to the Calvary Chapel thing that we did. This Pastor Chuck Smith, despite the fact that you know, liturgically, theologically, this was all like very shallow. His preferred version of the Bible is the King James Bible. So sort of normal for all of these like so-cal kids who were like skaters and to be reading the King James bible in youth group.
