A dollar of a contribution can have $100 or $1,000 worth of impact depending on how many people are democratically matching the contributing to the project. Retroactive public goods funding is one that the talent has been dancing recently with the optimism team where basically you have a group of experts that will at some point in the future be doing an evaluation of which projects actually had an impact.
