How do you generate and maintain a culture in an organization when everyone's remote? Do you have any insights or suggestions about how to manage that element of it? I think companies that thought their culture was posters in their office, or, you know, just the activity on the beer cagredever, probably this is a good wake up call for them to reconsider what culture really does mean to them. What we've seen is we build culture in a distributed team. There's different tiers of those touch points. Then there are things like fostering smaller communities inside the company.
