How to Rate a Mid-Term Rental

Jesse: I have always looked at it as 30 days. Airbnb has grown significantly by literally 24% from stays that are 28 days or more. A quarter of the revenues come from those mid-term, medium-term rental stays. This would be to set up the property and then to manage and maintain. So right now, we're looking at at least four weeks to get started.
