UX Research Bootcamps - Are They Worth It?

UX researchers could transition into being market researchers if they wanted to and vice versa. At the core, both researchers want to learn about people. Why are there so few entry-level UX researcher roles? I don't know why, but it is a troublesome trend because current UX researchers will age out eventually.
